Included in Your Stay:
4 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms (additional rooms may be available for an additional fee, please inquire for more information). Fully Stocked Kitchen, Living Room, Access to Estate Grounds, Atrium (indoor succulent and Geenhouse), and a Solarium (Common Area with Burning Fireplace).
The following event rentals are included with your venue fee: Tables and Chairs Dinner Plates, Salad/Desert Plates, Coffee Cups, and Bowls Flatware Water, wine, and champagne glasses (for dinner only, not for bar service) Serving platters Cake stand.
There is limited parking onsite accommodating 9 cars maximum. As such we do require valet and shuttle service. You may reach out to Malibu Parking Pros for details and pricing information. We do have additional off-site parking for your guests a 1/2 mile away, use of which is included in your venue fee. We are happy to help you coordinate the valet and shuttle service. A site manager is provided for you to perform the following tasks included in your venue fee: Set-up and breakdown of event rentals Washing and restocking event rentals Coordinating Valet and Shuttle Service Coordinating Security (8 hours included) Additional groundskeeping services that take place before and after your event. Use of the site as a photography site is also included.
